Business Development Executive – Fire Alarm Systems (Industrial Projects)

Sales & Business Development

Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and project developers.
Promote and sell fire alarm system solutions to industrial projects, factories, commercial complexes, and infrastructure projects.
Work on tenders, bidding, and quotations to secure project- based sales.
Meet assigned sales and revenue targets.

Market Development

Support brand positioning and growth within the fire protection market.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for fire alarm system sales.
Provide market intelligence on competitor products and pricing strategies.

Customer Service & Technical Support

Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and after- sales support.
Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and deliver technical presentations.
Support project execution with the operations and engineering teams.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts.
Collaborate closely with design and technical departments to align with client requirements.
Submit regular reports to management on performance and market opportunities.

Ability to manage multiple project pursuits simultaneously.
Experience in industrial and commercial project sales.
Target- driven, proactive, and customer- focused
Solid knowledge of fire alarm systems, standards, and project requirements.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
