Business Development Executive (Senior/ Junior)

Position description:
Business Development:

Conduct market research to understand client industries and identify local market leaders.
Identify and engage potential partners in Vietnam through proactive outreach, including phone calls and introductions to our customer services.

Project Management:

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including managing project timelines, scopes, client requirements, and expectations.
Attend kick- off meetings with clients to gather requirements and lead project execution.
Customer and Partner Relations:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in Vietnam.
Arrange, join, and facilitate business matching meetings to foster partnerships.

Project Coordination:

Achieve project KPIs and project completion targets.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project completion.

Position requirement:

Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
Proven experience in project management and business development.
Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.
Capable of handling the task of making phone calls to find customers.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Commitment and Entitlement:

Working time: Monday – Friday ; from 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Social insurance joined with full gross salary
HCM office: Sala Urban Center, No. 21- 23, B4 street, An Loi Dong ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city
