Identify and manage channel partners and referrals to accelerate sales.
Generate new leads by identifying and connecting with prospective customers.
Regular update of CRM system.
Conduct online or onsite product demos for prospective customers.
Collaborate closely with other departments to meet client needs.
Conduct market research to identify target customer segments.
Identify and develop new clients for the company’s IT outsourcing services.
Manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring sales targets are met.
Work with support teams to assist with customer onboarding.
Engage with existing customers for contract renewals.
Provide post- sales support to clients and gather feedback to improve services.

Proactive, self- motivated, and target- driven mindset.
At least 6 months of experience working in a Business Development or Sales position in the IT field
Excellent fluency in English communication with an IELTS score of 6.5 or above.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the EU market and business culture.
Are willing to learn quickly and flexible in adapting to feedback.
