Business Development Executive

Track orders, sales performance, reorder cycles, and accounts receivable; prepare regular sales and forecast reports.
Willing to travel to provinces for business trips as required.
Coordinate with Online Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence through field sales activities.
Prepare and execute sales plans and field visit schedules for both existing and prospective customers.
Develop the market by identifying and onboarding new B2B customers and distributors.
Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing partners.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Wholesale within the cosmetics industry (experience with Korean beauty brands is a strong advantage).
Proficiency in Korean is a plus.
Good English communication skills
