Business Development Intern (Enterprise Partnerships – MNC & Large Brands)

Role Overview
This role is designed for high- potential candidates who want real experience in enterprise sales, strategic proposal development, and executive- level pitching.
Join UpBase’s Enterprise Partnership team and gain direct exposure to multinational brand acquisition and large- scale commercial strategy within Vietnam’s fast- growing eCommerce ecosystem (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Meta, Website).
What You’ll Work On
- Work alongside senior Business Development leaders on real enterprise projects.
- Contribute to executive pitching materials presented to Regional Directors, Country Managers, and C- level stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate multinational and large- brand opportunities for Vietnam market entry or expansion.
- Support development of enterprise- level commercial proposals (market sizing, competitive analysis, financial modeling).
- Analyze revenue, cost structures, and performance data to support commercial decision- making.
- Participate in cross- functional deal preparation and onboarding planning.

Requirements:

- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem- solving ability.
- Final- year student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
- Confident English communication (written & spoken).
- Highly proactive, ownership- driven, and comfortable in fast- paced environments.
- Strong interest in Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or eCommerce growth.

Internship Period:Monthly allowance of 3,000,000 – 5,000,000 VND

Official Employee Offer:
8,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND/month = Base Salary + KPI Bonus
(KPI Bonus includes: Operational Bonus + Performance Bonus + Commission %)

Direct involvement in operating and managing Brand accounts
Salary/level review every 3–6 months after official confirmation
Probation Contract after 1 month; Official Labor Contract after 2 months
