Business Development Leader/ Manager (Ecommerce - Thương Mại Điện Tử)

Identify and approach MNCs and large international brands, local brands for Vietnam market entry or expansion.
Lead executive- level pitching sessions with Regional Directors, Country Managers, and C- level stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive commercial proposals (market analysis, financial model, partnership structure).
Work cross- functionally to continuously refine service models, operational processes, and strategic projects to meet evolving enterprise client expectations.
Conduct high- level negotiations and structure scalable, profitable agreements.
Build and maintain long- term strategic relationships with enterprise partners.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and effective execution after deal closure.

Requirements

Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Experience working with MNCs or large international brands preferred.
Professional English communication; eCommerce experience is a plus.
Proven track record in proposal development, executive pitching, and closing large- scale deals.
2+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Business Development.
