Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mindset to expand our B2B customer base across the retail and distribution ecosystem. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, working closely with brands and distributors to understand real operational challenges, and positioning NDS’s AI- powered technology solutions as practical and scalable tools for growth. While prior enterprise experience is a plus, we value growth mindset, resilience, and solution- oriented thinking as much as background experience..
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development
● Build and manage a strong outbound sales pipeline
● Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth
● Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across the retail and distribution ecosystem
● Proactively approach brands, distributors, retail chains, and wholesalers
Consultative & Solution Selling
● Translate product capabilities into clear business value and ROI
● Collaborate with leadership and Product teams to craft tailored proposals
● Work closely with clients to understand operational challenges and business objectives
● Present, demo, and consult on NDS’s technology and AI- powered solutions (Ordering, Visibility, Delivery, Data- driven insights, Loyalty, Rewards, etc.)
Cross- Functional Collaboration
● Provide market feedback to improve product positioning and strategy
● Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize go- to- market execution
Performance & Reporting
● Report sales performance and market insights to CEO/COO
● Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility
● Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Yêu cầu công việc
● Experience in solution selling within software, SaaS, ERP, CRM, DMS, or technology consulting companies is a strong advantage
● Proven ability to acquire new B2B clients with a strong hunter mindset
● Interest or hands- on exposure to AI, data analytics, or automation in business operations is a strong plus
● Strong communication skills (Vietnamese & English), solution- oriented, results- driven and eager to grow into enterprise- level selling.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
● Exposure to retail & distribution operations (GT, MT, chains, wholesalers, agents, etc.) is highly preferred
● At least 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role, preferably in the B2B technology or SaaS (Software as a Service) sector.
