Job Purpose
This role plays a key part in expanding the project sales channel and strengthening the brand presence in the mid- high to high- end segment.
The position is responsible for developing and managing the Trade / Contract / Project Sales channel by building and maintaining a strong partner network including architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and corporate clients.
The objective is to create a sustainable project pipeline, increase B2B sales revenue, and ensure healthy profit margins in line with the brand’s business direction.
Key Responsibilities
1 Develop Trade / Contract / Project Sales Channel
· Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through network of architects, design studios, developers, contractors, and corporate clients.
· Develop and execute business plans for the following channels: Trade / Designer, Contract / Project, Developer / Investor, Corporate / Key Account
· Build and maintain a long- term project pipeline to ensure stable revenue growth.
2 Project Sales Management
· Provide product solutions, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up project progress.
· Manage the full project sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and project completion.
· Ensure projects meet requirements in terms of timeline, quality, margin, and customer satisfaction.
3 Market Analysis & Project Evaluation
· Monitor real estate, interior, and high- end market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
· Evaluate project feasibility, revenue potential, and alignment with brand positioning.
· Propose appropriate strategies to approach target clients and partners.
4 Internal Coordination
· Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth project execution
· Follow up delivery, installation, and payment progress according to project schedule.
5 Brand & Customer Relationship
· Build and maintain long- term relationships with clients, architects, designers, and partners.
· Ensure brand image is properly represented in all projects.
· Recommend product solutions aligned with brand concept and positioning.
6 Reporting
· Prepare regular reports on sales performance, project pipeline, project status, and gross margin.
· Provide sales forecast and propose actions to improve business performance.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the following fields:
Experience in the mid- high to high- end segment is an advantage.
Furniture / Interior / Building Materials / Real Estate / Hospitality
Good English communication skills
Project management skills
Business development capability
Customer relationship management
Project Sales / Contract Sales / B2B Sales
Negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to work cross- functionally with multiple departments
Strong network with architects, designers, developers, or contractors is preferred.
