Business Development & Partnerships Manager

Main Responsibilities
Promote SOA Visibility Among Vietnamese Business Network
- Manage partnerships with local partners and key networks in Vietnam.
- Build, update, follow up and nurture relations with potential networks and valuable contacts: private or public, clusters and associations, institutions, private companies, etc.
Introduce SOA as a multi- services company; conduct proper communication campaigns and events to increase visibility among local networks and business community.
- Actively participate in networking events and ensure all business contacts are registered on CRM.
- Identify and analyze new channels for SOA to advertise its services to new clients.
Identify Business Opportunity for SOA
- Through all contacts and discussions, identify business leads of local/foreign companies willing to expand worldwide (with a strong focus on Outbound service & M&A).
- Conduct in- depth client prospecting to identify business opportunities and upsell other SOA services.
- Understand clients’ needs, qualify actions, and act as a key project consultant to Vietnamese companies to pitch suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with team members after signing to ensure projects are well managed and delivered as expected.
Close Deal & Project Management
- Coordinate and implement marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals.
- Take a lead role in developing proposals and presentations for new business materials.
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline in line with targets.
- Collaborate with the team to build offers, send to prospects, and follow up negotiations until deals are closed.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure leads are followed up and projects are monitored.
- Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics.
