Business Development (Sales IT)

Trinity Technology is looking for an experienced IT Business Development professional to expand our market in software development/outsourcing. We need a candidate with strong skills in client acquisition and relationship building, a solid understanding of market needs (for both domestic and overseas market), software development processes, and the ability to provide technology consulting is a plus.
Responsibilities
Being responsible for driving and maximizing revenues on assigned customers.
Coordinating with presales team to provide proposals for new opportunities.
Work directly with BOD to report and strategy
Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts (including upselling and cross- selling).
Managing and solving conflicts with clients.
Acting as the point of contact, maintaining good relationships with the customers, understanding customers’ demands, and propose suitable collaboration models.
Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients in the market.
Work closely with development team to catch- up client&039;s satisfaction.
Developing account development strategy and planning.

Strong understanding of software development models and processes.
Have experience in IT product sale is plus.
Good problem- solving skill, negotiation skills, and presentation skills.
Commercially minded, with strong analytical/numerical skills.
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Development or Sales Executive in the software development service (outsourcing/project base).
Being enthusiastic, dedicated, and customer oriented as a trusted advisor to customers.
Be proactive in customer relationships.
Bachelor or higher degree in Business or Computer Science. Having knowledge of the IT sector is a plus.
Proficiency in English is plus.
