Business Development (Staff Augmentation)

Collaborate closely with Delivery and Recruitment teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction.
Promote HR services such as Dedicated Teams, RPO, Headhunting, IT Staffing, and more to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision- makers (CTOs, HR Directors, Procurement Managers, etc.).
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in global and APAC markets.
Develop tailored proposals, lead negotiations, and close deals effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to company revenue.
Stay updated on market insights, industry trends, and competitor movements to inform sales strategy.

Strong network or direct experience working with international markets, especially APAC.
Results- oriented, with a strong hunter mindset and ability to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
From 1.5 years of proven sales experience in IT Outsourcing, Staffing, HR Services, or Technology Solutions.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), IT services, or HR/recruitment processes is an advantage.
