YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze seller needs, customize individual growth plans, and enhance sellers&039; sales performance and customer satisfaction on the platform.
- Regularly follow up on sellers&039; operational status, provide market updates and industry trends, assisting sellers in optimizing their product lines and marketing strategies.
- Responsible for developing and managing new sellers, providing business guidance and training to help them quickly grow into Lazada platform.
- Coordinate internal resources to address issues encountered by sellers durin operations, ensuring smooth business progress.
- Ensure the completion of monthly KPIs regarding business growth and sellers’ investment budget.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Good at communication and negotiation skills, capable of establishing and maintaining good relationships with sellers.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields, with a preference for experience in cross- border e- commerce platforms.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, with familiarity with the operation mode and rules of e- commerce platform.
- Strong learning ability and problem- solving skills, able to adapt quickly to market changes.
- Team player, able to work efficiently in a fast- paced environment and proactively contribute to achieving business objectives.
