Business Executive Director (Education)

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Executive Director will work with the Board of Management (BOM) to directly manage and grow a business line for Language Link Vietnam. This role requires not only strong leadership and operational expertise, but also the ability to propose strategic directions to drive sustainable business growth.

- Directly influence revenue, cost, profit, and long- term strategic direction.
- Play a key role in shaping business strategy and driving the business line alignment with the company’s vision.
- Lead the transformation and growth of the business line with full operational autonomy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to BOM in key decisions related to market positioning, expansion, and performance improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL LEAD
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, track competitors, and identify new opportunities.
- Business Development: Lead initiatives for new services, partnerships, and expansion.
- Strategic Planning: Build and execute annual business plans and growth strategies.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily performance across sales, marketing, customer service, and service delivery.
- Government & Sector Relations: Expand partnerships in the education sector, including relevant authorities.
