Business Intelligence Engineer Looker Studio

We are launching a new data analytics platform project and are seeking two BI/DA Engineers to support analysis based on Aeon Group&039;s membership data. This role involves designing and maintaining dashboards (70%), transforming data into insights, and supporting building data warehouse (30%). Strong communication skills are essential for understanding reporting needs and documenting requirements clearly.
Key responsibilities:

Collaborate with data engineers and analysts for seamless integration.
Consolidate data from multiple sources including Operations, Marketing and source databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making.
Take ownership and handle analytics problems related to Customer Data Platforms, Loyalty, CRM.
Develop reporting dashboards to track business metrics effectively.
Work with internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing, operation, finance, product team) and our partners to gather business requirements for data.

Requirements

Hands- on experience at least 1 of BI tool: Looker Studio, Superset, Holistics, Power BI, …
Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data warehousing.
2–3 years of experience in BI or data analytics roles.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Experience with cloud data platforms such as Google Big Query.
Basic knowledge of Python or R.
Experience working in cross- functional or international teams.

English Language Skills

Comfortable participating in meetings and writing documentation in English.
Ability to communicate in English in business settings is preferred.
Prior experience in English- speaking environments is a plus.
