Client Relationship Management
Serve as the strategic partner and advisor to key clients in FMCG, retail, CE, etc… sectors.
Lead client communications, business reviews, and performance analysis.
Build long- term relationships to ensure retention, satisfaction, and growth.
Strategy & Business Development
Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored field force and merchandising solutions.
Lead proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business within sales & merchandising services.
Project & Operations Oversight
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and budget adherence.
Ensure operational excellence in execution, compliance, and reporting.
Supervise nationwide implementation of sales, merchandising, promoter, and field force programs.
Team Leadership & Development
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, Supervisors, and Field Operations staff.
Foster a high- performance and client- focused culture.
Data & Performance Analytics
Use sales data, merchandising audits, and market insights to optimize program performance.
Present post- activity analysis and reporting to clients and stakeholders.
Deliver strategic recommendations to improve sales outcomes and merchandising standards.

Education & Experience
Strong background in field force, retail execution, or merchandising solutions.
7+ years of experience in account management, sales operations, or field marketing in FMCG or related sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
Skills & Competencies
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and field execution platforms/tools.
Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
Proven ability to lead cross- functional teams and drive strategic client partnerships.
Deep understanding of field operations, trade marketing, and merchandising effectiveness.
Excellent communication, presentation both English and Vietnamese, and negotiation skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue Growth: Achieve a xx% increase in revenue year- over- year.
