Prepare Meat:
Make sure the meat is ready to be used in meals, with the right portions.
Cut, trim, and prepare different types of meat (beef, chicken, pork, etc.) for cooking.
Ensure Quality:
Dispose of any bad or spoiled meat.
Check that the meat is of high quality and safe to use.
Store Meat Properly:
Keep meat fresh by storing it in the right conditions (cold storage).
Label and rotate meat to avoid waste.
Maintain Cleanliness and Safety:
Clean tools and work areas to avoid contamination.
Follow health and safety rules to keep the kitchen safe.
Manage Inventory:
Monitor meat waste to control costs.
Help order and keep track of meat supplies to make sure the kitchen has what it needs.
Work with Chefs:
Talk to chefs to make sure they get the right cuts of meat for their dishes.
Assist in meal planning by suggesting meat cuts.

Experience: Some experience in handling meat or working in a kitchen.
Attention to Detail: Ability to cut meat properly and make sure everything is fresh and safe.
Knowledge: Basic knowledge of different meat cuts and food safety.
Physical Strength: Able to handle heavy meat cuts and work with sharp knives.
