Hỗ trợ check- in/check- out trực tiếp tại Villa, mang lại sự thuận tiện và riêng tư cho khách.Assist with in- villa check- in/check- out, offering convenience and privacy for guests.
Kiểm tra tình trạng phòng, minibar, amenities và các vật dụng cao cấp trong Villa.Inspect villa condition, minibar, amenities and premium items to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Chuẩn bị Villa trước khi khách đến: kiểm tra setup, amenities, sạch sẽ và đầy đủ trang thiết bị.Prepare the villa prior to guest arrival: ensure setup, amenities, cleanliness and equipment readiness.
Hỗ trợ setup các dịch vụ đặc biệt: BBQ tại Villa, romantic setup, private dining, celebration events…Assist with special setups such as in- villa BBQ, romantic arrangements, private dining or celebration events.
Xử lý và báo cáo các vấn đề phát sinh, phối hợp giải quyết nhanh chóng để đảm bảo sự hài lòng của khách.Resolve and report issues promptly, coordinating solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
Phối hợp với Housekeeping, Engineering, Culinary và các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo dịch vụ trọn vẹn.Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Culinary and other departments for seamless villa service.
Chào đón và chăm sóc khách lưu trú tại Villa, đảm bảo trải nghiệm cá nhân hóa và đẳng cấp.Welcome and attend to villa guests, ensuring a personalized and premium service experience.
Giao tiếp thường xuyên với khách để nắm bắt nhu cầu, đảm bảo mọi yêu cầu được đáp ứng kịp thời.Communicate regularly with guests to understand their needs and ensure timely service delivery.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Lead Host – Villa/Villa Manager.Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Host – Villa or Villa Manager.

Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp/Cao đẳng/Đại học ngành Du lịch – Khách sạn hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.Diploma, College or University degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related fields.
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm Butler/Villa Host hoặc từng phục vụ khách VIP; không bắt buộc nếu có thái độ tốt và kỹ năng giao tiếp.Experience as a Butler/Villa Host or VIP service is preferred; not mandatory for candidates with good attitude and communication skills.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, lịch thiệp, thân thiện và chỉn chu.Strong communication skills with a polite, friendly and well- groomed demeanor.
Tiếng Anh giao tiếp khá; biết thêm ngoại ngữ khác là lợi thế.Good English communication; additional languages are a plus.
Kỹ năng tổ chức công việc, xử lý yêu cầu và hỗ trợ khách hiệu quả.Good organizational skills and effective handling of guest requests.
Có thể làm việc theo ca, bao gồm cuối tuần và ngày lễ; sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khách mọi lúc khi cần.Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays; ready to assist guests at any time.
Tỉ mỉ, chu đáo, có tinh thần phục vụ khách hàng cao.Detail- oriented, attentive and guest- service minded.
