Maintain the residence in pristine condition, performing regular checks before and after each service to ensure cleanliness and upkeep.
Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities, ensuring up- to- date knowledge of service standards.
Assist the Residence Butler in Charge in executing upselling strategies to maximize revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain standards of grooming, attire, and personal hygiene, consistent with Amanoi’s luxurious environment.
Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, anticipating their needs and preferences with precision and grace.
Participate in daily briefings led by the Residence Butler Supervisor or Department Head, staying informed of key updates and operational details.
Deliver impeccable service and uphold the high standards of quality that Amanoi is renowned for.
Follow established service protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all residence operations and guest interactions.
Prepare the residence for guest arrival by ensuring all necessary arrangements, supplies, and equipment are in place ahead of service times.
Support the team in performing inventory checks post- departure, ensuring all items are accounted for in the residence.
Assist in administrative tasks, such as completing necessary documentation related to departmental matters or reports.
Adhere to all Amanoi policies and procedures, ensuring seamless service and operational excellence.
Deliver service through meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of the guest experience is flawless.
Remain fully informed of any updates or changes affecting the residence or guest experience, ensuring the smooth operation of all service functions.
Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Residence Butler Supervisor or Department Head to support operational excellence.
Conduct oneself with professionalism and courtesy, reflecting the refined values of the Amanoi brand.
Report any issues or concerns related to the residence promptly to the Residence Butler in Charge or Supervisor, facilitating swift resolutions.
Anticipate guests&039; needs by attentively observing, inquiring, and reviewing guest profiles, ensuring personalized and memorable service experiences in collaboration with the Residence Butler team.
Possess an in- depth understanding of Amanoi products and services, enabling confident and accurate responses to guests’ inquiries.
Exercise care and precision in all tasks, minimizing breakages and waste.
Address and fulfill guests&039; requests promptly, collaborating closely with the Residence Butler in Charge or Supervisor to maintain the highest standards.
Report to the Residence Butler in Charge or Residence Supervisor at the start of each shift, ensuring all duties are clearly communicated and understood.
Foster strong communication with the Residence Butler Supervisor or Department Head, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Ensure the availability of all essential tools and equipment in the residence, supporting a high- quality guest experience.

Polite, professional, and service- oriented attitude.
Additional training in customer service or housekeeping is an advantage.
Vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
Additional Requirements / Yêu cầu bổ sung: Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Experience / Kinh nghiệm: Basic experience in hospitality or housekeeping or food & beverage is preferred.
Team player with high responsibility.
Skills / Kỹ năng: Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal, problem- solving, and guest service skills.
Able to work under pressure.

Good physical condition for operational duties.
Education / Trình độ học vấn: High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of hospitality standards and attention to detail.
Basic English communication is an advantage.
