JOB DESCRIPTION
Payroll & Insurance
Monitor and ensure accurate overtime, leave balance, and related C&B data.
Clarify and resolve employee inquiries related to company regulation, payroll & insurance.
Support the employees in the PVI claiming process, including guidance and required document collection.
Track and update attendance, working shifts, and leave records through the company’s internal system.
Be in charge of insurances: social insurance and healthcare insurance (PVI).
Co- work with the internal team for monthly payroll for all employees, including payroll data preparation, payroll execution, and payslip issuance.
Policy Implementation & HR Operations
Administer company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure HR processes are compliant and well executed.
Prepare monthly, yearly, and ad- hoc C&B reports.
Foreign Employee Documentation
Handle legal procedures and paperwork for expatriates and their families (Vietnam visas, work permits, residence cards, and other related documents)
Administration Support
Manage and support the benefits for expats and their families according to company policy (annual flight, flight for family event,…).
Manage the monthly parking registration.
Implement the welfare- related procedures for employees about marriage and bereavement.
Other tasks assigned by HRM
Be in charge of the expats and managers’ benefits (laptop, mobile device, mobile top- up).

REQUIREMENT
Proactive mindset with strong risk assessment and employee handling skills.
Demonstrated ability in planning, organizing, and managing multiple tasks.
Strong strategic and critical thinking abilities.
Strong knowledge of the Labor Code, employment regulations, compulsory insurance schemes, and personal income tax.
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
Experience in visa/work permit procedures for foreign employees.
Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Specialist, Payroll Specialist, or C&B Executive (experience in IT companies is a strong plus).
Strong experience in using both excel and system for payroll execution
Good negotiation and communication skills.
