Payroll & C&B Operations
Maintain and archive payroll documents; respond to employee payroll inquiries.
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time; issue payslips within 2 days after month- end.
Collect and verify monthly attendance data from SSC & DC; ensure proper approvals before payroll processing.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Coordinate with Recruitment to onboard new hires, update HR master data and systems (Excel, A/X), and maintain personnel files.
Manage offboarding processes, including system updates, resignation documents, and final payments.
Leave & HR Records
Manage leave records in the A/X system and provide reports to Heads of Departments as required.
Personal Income Tax (PIT)
Submit monthly PIT declarations and prepare data for annual PIT finalization.
Register PIT codes for new employees and handle dependent registration.
Social, Health & Unemployment Insurance (SHUI)
Manage issuance and closure of social insurance books and health insurance cards.
Handle monthly insurance increase/decrease reports in compliance with regulations.
Labor Contracts
Prepare, renew, and manage labor contracts; monitor contract expiry and ensure timely signing and delivery.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and statutory HR reports for Finance and relevant authorities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
Cooperation Pharmacist (DSHT) Management
Process monthly payments to DSHT in a timely manner.
Coordinate required documentation and agreements with Recruitment.

Align individual KPIs with the line manager and ensure target achievement.
Yêu cầu công việc
English communication skills.
Good communication, time management, problem- solving, and teamwork skills.
College or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance, and HR policies.
Proactive, service- oriented, detail- focused, and highly responsible.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource Management at a similar level.
