* C&B Administration & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain periodic HR reports, including headcount, attrition rate, overtime reports, and people metrics.
- Monitor and consolidate attendance, leave, and overtime data to support payroll preparation and C&B administration.
- Maintain and update employee information related to benefits, labor contracts, and personnel records.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data and documentation.
- Coordinate with departments to review attendance records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support employee welfare and benefits programs in accordance with company policies.
* Social Insurance (SI) & Personal Income Tax (PIT)
- Assist employees with inquiries related to insurance and tax matters.
- Maintain accurate and up- to- date insurance and tax records.
- Handle Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI) procedures, including employee increase/decrease declarations, information updates, sickness and maternity claims, and other related processes.
- Support Personal Income Tax (PIT) administration, including tax code registration, dependent registration, and annual PIT finalization.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, Social Insurance regulations, and company policies.
* Labor Contract & HR Administration
- Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures and ensure completion of required documentation.
- Ensure employee records are properly maintained and archived.
- Prepare labor contracts, contract appendices, and other HR- related documents.
- Support other HR administrative activities as assigned.
- Update employee information and maintain HR database systems.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Administration.
- Intermediate English communication skills are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience using HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience handling SI, PIT, labor contracts, and HR reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem- solving abilities.
- Good understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and Personal Income Tax regulations.
