CAM PROGRAMMING ENGINEER

- Evaluating the feasibility of trimming the jig design
- Evaluating the feasibility of part CNC trimming
Programming and optimizing the program for 3- axis and 5- axis milling, lathe machine to reduce trimming time.
- Perform simulations and verify programs to avoid collisions and ensure accuracy.
- Translate engineering drawings, 3D models, and specifications into efficient CNC programs.
- Ensure programs meet quality, accuracy, and production requirements.
- Adjusting CNC program parameters to ensure the dimensions are within tolerance after trimming.
- Problems of trimming during practical applications.
- Working closely with process engineers to solve
- Training CNC machine operator
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining strategies for complex geometries.
- Trimming sample parts at the different phrases, making trimming process parameter datasheet, and saving and updating the CNC program
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for 5- axis machining centers using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Siemens NX, PowerMill, or similar).
- Optimize machining processes to reduce cycle times, improve tool life, and enhance part quality.

- At least a college degree in engineering or technology, bachelor’s degree preferred.- Good at English in 4 skills.- 3+ years of experience in CAM programming for 5- axis CNC machines.- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Siemens NX, PowerMill, Fusion 360, etc.). Strong knowledge of CNC machining, G- code, and post- processor customization.- Experience with complex geometries, tight tolerances, and high- precision components.
