Negotiate agreements and resolves potential issues or problems with clients.
Create awareness of all the products and services in the area to magnify market influenceand generate future sales.
Strictly following company guidelines and policies
Implement customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain and expand business in the assigned area.
Other administrative tasks may include some required budget assistance; paymentprocessing, personnel activities, and staff scheduling.
Develop sales network and price structure to attain targets and increase revenues.
Expands existing or current customer base by recognizing and involving top cargo agentswithin the area.

Educational: university graduated
Skills:
High motivated, disciplined and compliance.
English Fair in reading / listening/ writing/ speaking
Hard working and can do multi tasks.
Solving problem skill.
Must possess a complete understanding of the flight/cargo operation
Good at Sales skill
Organized, process- oriented.
Excellent communication and building relationship.
Excellent customer service mindset.
Experiences:
At least 2 years experienced in Airlines/ Airfreight Sales Cargo.
Very good knowledge of International and domestic Airlines/Airfreight Sales Cargo, good knowledge of custom, air and surface movement, local state legislation related to the industry.
