Category Management - Chinese Speaking

🎯 Objective
Lead category management and strategic sourcing activities by leveraging data analysis to optimize procurement strategies, supplier performance, and cost efficiency.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Category Management

Analyze supply markets and build procurement strategies
Develop, maintain, and update category portfolios

Strategic Sourcing

Establish centralized & decentralized sourcing strategies
Identify and develop qualified suppliers through benchmarking

Supplier Management

Conduct supplier capability assessments (TQDRCE)
Manage supplier lifecycle and performance

Contract & Negotiation

Lead commercial negotiations and contract signing
Manage supplier relationships and agreements

Others

Perform ad- hoc tasks as assigned
Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement

Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
Proficient in MS Office; Power BI/SQL/Tableau is an advantage
Experience in electrical equipment or EPC is a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement/category management
Willing to travel when required
Experience with SRM/OA systems preferred
Strong negotiation & analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
