Category Strategy & Planning
· Identify growth opportunities and consumer insights within assigned categories (Medicine, VH&B).
· Develop annual and quarterly category marketing plans aligned with business priorities and sales targets.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Merchandising, Brand, Digital, In- store) to ensure strategic alignment.
Communication & Campaign Management
· Ensure message consistency and strategic alignment with overall brand direction.
· Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
· Oversee communication plans for category- focused push initiatives (Medicine & VH&B).
Co- Marketing (Co- MKT) Management
· Plan and manage co- marketing packages with suppliers/partners for Medicine and VH&B categories.
· Monitor campaign execution, resolve issues promptly, and ensure deliverables meet brand and partner standards.
· Define campaign deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations for each co- MKT project.
· Track and generate final performance reports for all co- MKT packages (sales uplift, reach, engagement, ROI).
Content & Digital Activation
· Develop social content calendars, key visuals, and messaging frameworks.
· Lead seeding strategy and coordinate KOL/KOC collaborations to maximize awareness and engagement.
· Work closely with the Creative and Digital teams to ensure high- quality content and consistent execution.
· Conduct detailed communication planning for category campaigns and focus products.
Performance Monitoring & Insights
· Analyze the effectiveness of all category and co- MKT campaigns using defined KPIs.
· Partner with the Data/BI team to generate monthly dashboards for category performance.
· Consolidate results into post- campaign reports highlighting insights, learnings, and optimization plans.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor or advanced Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Category/Brand Marketing, ideally within FMCG, e- commerce, retail, or consumer healthcare.
- Fluent in English
- Analytical mindset with reporting and insight generation skills.
- Strong planning, project management, and cross- functional coordination.
- Hands- on experience in digital marketing, social media, and co- branding campaigns.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
