Perform other duties as required by superiors.
Direct Hotline counseling/receiving calls, emails, messages (email, chat) from customers to answer questions, support to resolve customer complaints about products and services on the e- commerce platform.
Update information on the system.

Proficiency in Japanese (listening, speaking, reading, writing), JLPT N2 and above
Graduated High School or higher education.
Having working experience in E- commerce industry
Loud & clear voice.
Having experiences in customer services is an advantage.
