Flexibly arranging schedules to optimize consultation time
Performing cashier- related functions like updating the customer&039;s prepaid account.
Manage phone calls and provide advice on approaching the clinic – book appointments;
Opening medical records
Regist arriving patients and guide patients to the treatment rooms;
Welcoming clients to the clinic and understanding their needs
Guiding and coordinating clients during their consultation process
Handling the situation that arises by proactively communicating with patients and colleagues;
Support and guide patients to reach their examination room;
Yêu cầu công việc
College or University Degree is preferred;
At least 2 years in Medical/Service/Receptionist
Good command of English (Must)
Well- organized and multi- tasking abilities;
Customer service orientation;
Having the spirit of teamwork and flexibility
Problem- solving skills;
Good use of office equipment (such as computers, printers, desk phones, and other work support software...);
Strong communication skills;
Have the spirit of learning, working actively
Capable of working overtime;
