Job Summary:
The Customer Support Representative serves as the main point of contact between Japan and Manufacturing company, ensuring timely and accurate communication regarding orders, products, shipments, and after- sales support. This role supports international clients(Japan) and works closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer complaints and returns in accordance with company policies, working to resolve issues efficiently.
Process and manage customer orders in the ERP system.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to confirm lead times, production schedules, and shipping details.
Track and follow up on open orders, ensuring on- time delivery and proactive communication of any delays.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer support inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels.
Provide product information, technical documentation, and after- sales support in coordination with the technical team.

Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or sales support-
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast- paced, detail- oriented environment.
Strong communication and problem- solving skills.
