Change & Communication Manager

Your work will ensure all stakeholders are engaged, aligned, and motivated to contribute to Heineken’s future, while proactively managing resistance, driving adoption, and communicating our vision effectively. You will work closely with Executive Management Team, Senior Leadership Team & counterparts across cross- functions- Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and Digital & Technology- to ensure we operate efficiently and stay ahead in a fast- paced, consumer- driven market.

As the Change & Communication Manager at Heineken Vietnam, you will play a critical role in driving the success of the company’s growth strategy by leading impactful change management and communication initiatives. You will be a key partner in embedding strategic transformation—both long- term business evolution and short- term competitive responses—across the organization.
