LUNE- fine dining French- fusion restaurant is looking for a talented chef de partie to help creating memorable experience for the customers. The successful candidate will be responsible of one section of the kitchen, preparing meals that meet the high- quality standards of the head chef as well as keeping the section in a perfect sanitary state.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Job Description
• Keep a positive and professional approach with co- workers
• Ensure that the station maintain the highest standard of hygiene and food safety
• Ensure that the station operates in a timely manner that meets the requirement of the head chef
• Report any arising issues to the head chef or sous chef
• Follow consistently the highest standard of quality of food as per head chef guidelines
• Provide guidance to junior staff when needed
• Ordering supplies, stock management and rotation of the section

Job Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience as chef de partie in similar establishment
• Ability to work under pressure with speed and accuracy
• Understanding of various cooking techniques and procedures in western food
• Preferably basic english speaking and writing
• Flexible working time depending on business level
• Basic knowledges in health and safety standards
• Bachelor degree in culinary arts
• Passion for cooking
Woking hour:
Split shift 10.30am- 2.30pm/5.00pm- 10.30pm
1 day off per week (Sunday)
