Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations and menu development.
Maintain mise en place and ensure sufficient ingredients during service.
Monitor food quality, stock levels, and minimize waste.
Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
Supervise and support Commis Chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Follow HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Basic English communication is an advantage.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast- paced environment.
Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of authentic Thai ingredients, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or a related field.
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in Thai cuisine.
