Chief Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage and operate the accounting department:
- Develop and implement internal policies, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with the law and effective operations.
- Assign, supervise, and evaluate the performance of accounting staff.
Ensure the accuracy of accounting books:
- Handle and check income and expenses, goods receipt/issuance, sales, banking transactions, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Review accounting sections to promptly complete them, in compliance with current state regulations and suitable for each development stage of the company.
- Control costs, revenue, profit and loss, inventory, and debts.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, store documents, and handle any arising issues.
Prepare and analyze financial reports:
- Prepare business performance reports, financial statements, and other reports as required.
- Analyze financial data to evaluate business performance and the efficiency of capital utilization.
Tax finalization and representation for work with tax authorities and banks:
- Work with banks that provide operating capital for the company.
- Prepare and review monthly tax declaration files, annual financial statements, and annual tax finalization files in accordance with current regulations.
- Represent the company to work with tax authorities, explain issues related to taxes, tax refunds, and other administrative procedures.
REQUIREMENTS

Thorough knowledge of tax laws, accounting laws, and financial accounting principles/standards.
Open- minded, eager to learn and self- develop.
Good communication skills and flexibility.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance – Accounting and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of corporate finance and legal regulations regarding business operations.
Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
Good communication in English or Chinese.
Enthusiastic, responsible, and honest.
