Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and emergency procedures.
Analyze financial information and prepare accurate financial reports, including records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax obligations, and other financial activities.
Perform additional duties as assigned, including responsibilities at other Six Senses Resort and Spa properties if required.
Monitor and control capital expenditure and FF&E spending to ensure compliance with approved budgets and justifications.
Provide timely financial and operational analysis, interpretation, and forecasting to support management decision- making.
Participate in wage and salary administration and ensure compliance with compensation policies.
Act as an authorized signatory, approving financial transactions, adjustments, purchase requests, and payments in accordance with established authority limits.
Foster a positive team culture and maintain professional relationships across all departments.
Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
Support recruitment, training, evaluation, and development of finance team members in line with company policies.
Review and approve contracts, leases, and legal documents, ensuring proper documentation and safekeeping.
Represent the resort professionally at all times, maintaining high standards of conduct, appearance, and integrity.
Administer all insurance programs in coordination with the Corporate Office.
Coordinate with Department Heads in the preparation and execution of the annual business plan and budget.
Implement and maintain effective accounting systems and procedures in accordance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee cost control, purchasing, and storeroom operations to ensure efficiency and accountability.
Establish and enforce strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure proper management of revenues and expenses.

Microsoft Office application literacy, cross- cultural work environments exposure, critical problem analysis/resolution skills.
English with ability to communicate clearly.
Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is acceptable.
Knowledge and experience in the purchasing and productions process and is equally versed in GAAP for hospitality.
Three or more years of progressive accounting managerial experience.
Knowledge as well as abilities in other languages would be beneficial.
Bachelor degree is required.
Heavy lifting of materials up to 22kgs may be required.
International resort or hotel experienced is preferred.
