Maintain strong relationships with external partners (transportation providers, tour operators, restaurants, local authorities)
Resolve guest issues professionally and ensure effective service recovery
Handle VIP guests, special requests, and personalized services, delivering exceptional guest experiences
Train, coach, and schedule team members to ensure service consistency and operational efficiency
Curate bespoke guest experiences including tours, dining, transportation, and destination activities
Oversee and coordinate airport transfers and guest transportation schedules, ensuring accuracy, punctuality, and guest comfort
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and brand standards
Lead and manage Concierge, Bell team, and Drivers, ensuring smooth daily operations and 5- star service standard
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong knowledge of local destinations and luxury guest services
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Service- oriented mindset with high attention to detail
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem- solving skills
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Concierge / Guest Services in a 4–5 star hotel or resort, with team leadership experience
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Proven experience managing Bell services and guest transportation / airport transfers
