Ensure prompt response to guest maintenance requests. Đảm bảo phản hồi nhanh chóng các yêu cầu kỹ thuật từ khách.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure staff productivity. Phân công công việc, giám sát hiệu suất và đảm bảo năng suất làm việc.
Ensure compliance with all safety, fire, and legal regulations. Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn, phòng cháy chữa cháy và pháp luật.
Ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all hotel facilities and equipment. Đảm bảo vận hành, bảo trì và sửa chữa hiệu quả toàn bộ cơ sở vật chất và thiết bị.
Control energy consumption and implement cost- saving initiatives. Kiểm soát tiêu thụ năng lượng và triển khai các sáng kiến tiết kiệm chi phí.
Manage renovation, upgrading, and technical projects. Quản lý các dự án cải tạo, nâng cấp và kỹ thuật.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs. Xây dựng và triển khai các chương trình bảo trì phòng ngừa.
Maintain high standards of facility quality and guest satisfaction. Duy trì chất lượng cơ sở vật chất và sự hài lòng của khách.
Lead, train, and develop the engineering team to achieve high performance. Quản lý, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ kỹ thuật đạt hiệu quả cao.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers. Phối hợp với nhà thầu và nhà cung cấp.
Oversee all engineering systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and mechanical systems. Giám sát toàn bộ hệ thống kỹ thuật bao gồm HVAC, điện, nước, PCCC và cơ khí.
Maintain emergency procedures and conduct regular safety drills. Duy trì quy trình khẩn cấp và tổ chức diễn tập định kỳ.
Prepare and manage the engineering budget. Lập và quản lý ngân sách bộ phận kỹ thuật.

Good problem- solving and decision- making abilities. Khả năng xử lý vấn đề và ra quyết định hiệu quả.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật hoặc liên quan.2. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in engineering, preferably in hospitality industry. At least 2–3 years in a managerial position./Có ít nhất 5–8 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kỹ thuật, ưu tiên trong khách sạn/resort. Có tối thiểu 2–3 năm ở vị trí quản lý.
Strong leadership and team management skills. Kỹ năng lãnh đạo và quản lý đội ngũ tốt.
