Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Description:
Drive localization and expansion of PIXTA’s digital content marketplace in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
Act as the primary liaison between PIXTA Vietnam and PIXTA headquarters in Japan, ensuring effective communication, reporting, and strategic alignment.
Lead and oversee all business operations of PIXTA Vietnam in alignment with the Group’s global strategy, standards, and governance framework.
Execute business strategies and operational plans as directed by PIXTA Group headquarters, ensuring consistency across international markets.
Ensure compliance with internal corporate policies, reporting standards, and global operational procedures of the PIXTA Group.
Manage and develop cross- functional teams in a multicultural and multinational working environment.
Represent the company in strategic engagements with regional and international partners.
Requirements:
Proven track record in implementing group- level strategies at local market level.
Mandatory experience working within the PIXTA Group or in a highly similar global digital content platform with direct coordination with headquarters.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
Extensive experience working with Japanese corporate structures, management practices, and reporting systems.
Fluent in Japanese (native or near- native level) and English (business level); ability to work directly with headquarters without interpretation.
Strong understanding of internal corporate governance, cross- border management, and intra- group reporting.
At least 10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in senior executive or equivalent leadership roles within multinational corporations.
Demonstrated leadership in managing multicultural teams and cross- border operations.
