Perkli is a student- perks marketplace platform, connecting students with local brands through exclusive offers, while helping partners drive sustainable customer growth and revenue.
Stage: Early- stage startup (
Market: Ho Chi Minh City (0 → 1 building phase)
We are looking for a builder CEO with an operator mindset, capable of executing, building systems, and leading teams — not just planning strategy.
ROLE OVERVIEW
You will take full ownership of end- to- end business operations and growth of the marketplace:
Ensure revenue growth, financial performance, and user experience
Directly acquire and close key merchants/partners
Recruit and lead the core team
Build and execute marketplace growth strategy
Operate KPI systems, sales pipeline, and weekly execution rhythm
This is a hands- on builder role: actively engaging in fieldwork with merchants, campuses, and partners — not a purely strategic or PR/branding position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Business & P&L Ownership
Build and scale merchant acquisition & retention
Own revenue, profit, budget, and operational planning
Optimize revenue model and profit margins
User Growth (Students)
Drive user activation, retention, and repeat usage
Activate campuses, student ambassador programs, and referral channels
Marketplace Operations
Build lean, scalable operational processes
Oversee redemption quality, customer service, complaints, and fraud control
Team & Organization
Recruit, train, and lead sales/operations/growth teams
Set KPIs and manage weekly/monthly reporting
Foster a high- ownership, high- performance culture
Strategy & Partnerships
Prepare strategic proposals and partnership memos
Develop new business opportunities
Work with local and international partners

REQUIREMENTS (MUST- HAVE)
Existing network of merchants/partners in Ho Chi Minh City
Strong ownership mindset, ability to thrive in a fast- paced startup environment
Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills, with experience closing major deals
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
Proven experience in end- to- end operations (sales + operations + team execution)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Hands- on growth experience (campus activation, ambassador programs, field sales)
Experience in marketplace or consumer apps (delivery, loyalty, payments, commerce, etc.)
Experience launching/scaling operations by city/region
