Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - construction/ real estates/ manufacturing industry

The CFO will assume full accountability for the company’s financial, accounting and cash- flow disciplines across manufacturing, construction and project development activities. This role is strategic — focused on financial governance, capital raising, investment oversight and operational cash- flow optimisation to support the company’s long- term growth plan.
Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
• Direct the cash- flow, cost management and project- finance operations, particularly across construction and manufacturing divisions.
• Ensure robust financial controls, audit readiness, and adherence to statutory/regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate closely with production, operations and construction teams to drive financial efficiency and alignment with business goals.
• Oversee fundraising, capital management, investment decisions and external financing relationships.
• Provide strategic financial insight to the executive leadership team and board, aiding decision- making and business planning.
• Manage and develop the Finance & Accounting team (≈30 members), including leadership succession and talent acquisition.
• Lead the company’s financial strategy, including budget planning, forecasting and management reporting.
