About Us
We are a fast- growing international logistics and F&B company with operations in both Vietnam and the United States. Our team is young, ambitious, and heavily focused on digital marketing, brand building, and global expansion. We are looking for a CMO who can lead our Vietnam marketing team while also shaping marketing strategies for the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership
- Oversee content creation for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Lead and manage the marketing team in Vietnam across all functions.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for both Vietnam and USA markets.
- Manage brand awareness campaigns for logistics services and selected F&B products.
Digital, Brand & Influencer Marketing
- Develop storytelling for traditional and premium food products, focusing on heritage, quality, and authenticity (without direct product promotion).
- Plan and execute paid ads, social media growth, and collaborations.
- Identify customer profiles and create campaigns that resonate with U.S., Vietnam, and international audiences.
- Connect with influencers and KOLs; negotiate and manage influencer contracts.
- Build strong, consistent brand messaging across markets.
Cross- Border Market Expertise
- Knowledge of import/export marketing dynamics for F&B brands and logistics services.
- Understanding of consumer trends in markets with Southeast Asian culinary influence such as Thailand, Australia, UK, and others.
- Ability to adapt cultural messaging for international audiences.
- Experience positioning high- quality specialty food products for overseas markets.
Team Management
- Coordinate projects between media, design, operations, and executive teams
- Work closely with U.S. teams on messaging, campaigns, and customer acquisition.
- Recruit, train, and mentor the marketing team in Vietnam.
Schedule Flexibility
- Must be flexible to attend meetings during USA time zones when required.
- Ability to shift schedule occasionally to align with U.S. team meetings or urgent global marketing needs.

Experience working with influencers and managing influencer campaigns.
Cross- border marketing experience for Southeast Asian–related products is a plus.
Comfortable working across multiple time zones.
5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong portfolio in digital marketing (short- form videos, paid ads, brand building).
Experience in logistics, e- commerce, or F&B preferred.
Ability to work in a fast- paced, startup- style environment.
