+ Support the kitchen team during peak hours when required
+ Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas are maintained in a clean and hygienic condition
+ Conduct regular inspections of kitchens, storage areas, and garbage rooms
+ Supervise and manage daily stewarding operations, including dishwashing, cleaning, and waste management
+ Ensure proper handling and storage of all equipment and materials
+ Train, schedule, and evaluate stewarding team members
+ Implement and maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with hotel policies and local regulations
+ Coordinate with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations during service periods
+ Maintain safety standards and ensure proper use of chemicals and machinery
+ Monitor and control breakage, loss, and equipment usage
+ Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and stewarding equipment
Yêu cầu công việc
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment
Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards (e.g., HACCP)
Proven experience in stewarding operations, preferably in a 4- star hotel or similar environment
Good organizational and problem- solving abilities
Basic English communication skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
