Chinese Interpreter & Translator (Biên Phiên Dịch Tiếng Trung)

As a Chinese Translator/Interpreter, you will serve as a vital link between the company and strategic partners in the Chinese market. Key responsibilities include: Với vai trò là Biên phiên dịch tiếng Trung, bạn sẽ là cầu nối quan trọng giữa công ty và các đối tác chiến lược tại thị trường Trung Quốc. Các nhiệm vụ chính bao gồm:
• Professional Translation / Biên dịch chuyên môn: Translate shipping documents, transport records, contracts, and files from Chinese partners to support logistics processes. Thực hiện biên dịch các tài liệu, chứng từ vận tải, hợp đồng và hồ sơ từ đối tác Trung Quốc để phục vụ quy trình logistics.
• International Communication / Giao dịch quốc tế: Directly contact and communicate with partners via email, phone, or chat platforms to track and update order status (SOP, shipping progress, etc.). Trực tiếp liên hệ, trao đổi với đối tác qua Email, điện thoại hoặc các nền tảng chat để theo dõi và cập nhật thông tin đơn hàng (SOP, tiến độ vận chuyển...).
• On- site Interpretation / Phiên dịch hiện trường: Provide interpretation support during meetings, face- to- face gatherings, or online/offline negotiations with partners. Hỗ trợ phiên dịch trực tiếp trong các buổi họp, gặp mặt hoặc các buổi đàm phán trực tuyến/trực tiếp với đối tác.
• Management Support / Hỗ trợ quản lý: Perform other professional tasks as assigned by the Department Manager. Thực hiện các công việc chuyên môn khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý bộ phận.
