Chinese Interpreter & Translator (Củ Chi - Free shuttle bus)

This role is responsible for coordinating daily testing schedules, including TR summary updates, urgent test arrangements, and alignment with the PRC PM team. The position provides bilingual support through Vietnamese–Chinese translation and interpretation for WI/SOPs, technical documents, and cross‑team communication. It also coordinates internal lab projects by managing timelines, tracking actions, and following up on assigned tasks. Additionally, the role oversees lab document control, including master list maintenance, document numbering, and format compliance, while supporting other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Document control: Manage lab documentation, including maintaining the master list, generating document numbers, and checking document formats..etc
Project coordination: Coordinate internal lab projects, including timeline control, action updates, and task follow‑up..etc
Other tasks: Any additional tasks assigned by the manager.
Translation: Provide Vietnamese- Chinese interpretation and translation between the VN team and PRC team.
Testing scheduling: Responsible for daily TR summary updates, urgent test arrangements, and aligning test schedules with the PRC PM team..etc
WI translation: Responsible for translating WI/SOP and other documents from Chinese to Vietnamese and Vietnamese to Chinese, as required.

Solid understanding of translation and interpretation principles, including accuracy, context, tone, and confidentiality
Familiarity with technical, engineering, laboratory, or manufacturing terminology is strongly preferred
College degree or higher Major in: Foreign Languages (Chinese, English); Translation & Interpretation; Chinese Studies / Vietnamese Studies; Linguistics or other related language disciplines

Awareness of cross‑cultural communication practices between Vietnamese and Chinese teams
Knowledge of professional ethics for translators/interpreters, including confidentiality and neutrality
English language skills- reading and written ( Fluent listening and speaking will be preferred)
Strong knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) and Vietnamese, both written and spoken; English knowledge is an advantage
Proficiency in office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email systems). Good in communication and interaction with others.
Understanding of WI/SOP documents, technical reports, meeting minutes, and internal company documentation
Basic knowledge of document control systems, formatting standards, and version management
