- In charge of establishing and managing overseas representative office teams; effectively coordinate with internal departments to ensure high quality in project implementation and order delivery.
- Lead market development efforts in Vietnam, accurately identify and tap into target customer groups, and enhance the influence of the company’s products and brand in the international market.
- Responsible for the overall international business operations of the company in the power sector in the Vietnamese market and neighboring regions, including transmission towers, galvanizing lines, solar (PV) projects, and power construction works.
- Other tasks will be asked by manager

- Can work under high pressure.
- Having at least 8 years experience international trade in the power industry, with a strong understanding of foreign market operation models.
- Good at Microsoft office.
- Graduated from University.
- Possesses outstanding team leadership abilities, sharp market insight, and advanced commercial negotiation skills.
- Good at presentation skill.
- Demonstrates excellent capability in planning international marketing strategies, with proven success in market expansion and the execution of major projects.
- English: At least Intermediate level
