Chuyên Viên Chính Kế Hoạch Thẩm Định Phê Duyệt

• Xây dựng và theo dõi các chỉ số quản lý chất lượng (KRIs) Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
• Phát triển báo cáo và dashboard phục vụ giám sát rủi ro Build reports and dashboards for risk monitoring and performance tracking
• Thu thập, làm sạch và xử lý dữ liệu từ nhiều nguồn (transaction, customer, credit…) Collect, clean, and process data from multiple sources (e.g., transactions, customer, credit data)
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận (Risk, Credit, Fraud, Product) để đề xuất giải pháp giảm thiểu rủi ro Collaborate with cross- functional teams (Risk, Credit, Fraud, Product) to propose risk mitigation solutions
• Thực hiện phân tích ad- hoc theo yêu cầu của quản lý hoặc ban điều hành Perform ad- hoc analysis based on requests from the Risk team or management
• Phân tích dữ liệu để phát hiện dấu hiệu rủi ro, gian lận hoặc hành vi bất thường Analyze data to identify risk signals, fraud patterns, or abnormal behaviors
• Hỗ trợ xây dựng, kiểm định và tối ưu các mô hình chấm điểm tín dụng (credit scoring), fraud detection Support the development, validation, and optimization of scoring models (credit scoring), fraud detection
• Tham gia cải tiến quy trình và tự động hóa báo cáo/phân tích Contribute to process improvements and automation of reporting/analysis
• Đảm bảo chất lượng, tính đầy đủ và chính xác của dữ liệu phục vụ phân tích Ensure data quality, completeness, and accuracy to support analysis

• Có kiến thức về Python để phân tích dữ liệu là lợi thế Knowledge of Python is a plus
• Hiểu biết về thống kê, xác suất và phân tích dữ liệu Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data analysis
• Sử dụng tốt Excel/Google Sheets Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets
• Tốt nghiệp đại học các ngành liên quan (Kinh tế, Tài chính, Toán, CNTT…) Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related disciplines)
• Thành thạo SQL (bắt buộc) Proficiency in SQL (mandatory)
• Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm đảm nhiệm vai trò tương đương tại các tổ chức tài chính Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an equivalent position in the financial services industry
