Monitor and apply operational metrics to enhance the quality of truck services.
Ensure customer service standards within the support team, providing quick and accurate responses.
Coordinate team activities in line with the company&039;s operational goals and serving individual customers (B2C).
Ensure operational KPIs and quality of truck services: order completion rate, cancellation rate, and punctuality.
Be responsible for monitoring and directly reporting on operational KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
Manage and supervise the quality of the truck fleet: Ensure the sustainability of the team model.
Coordinate with other departments to increase the volume of fulfilled orders.
Strictly monitor driver quality and minimize violations.

Ability to work under high pressure and complete tasks on time.
Ability to be creative, possess critical thinking, planning, and team management skills.
1- 2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in technology companies: On- demand, eCommerce, or Logistics is a plus).
Knowledge of customer service; negotiation; persuasion; and problem- solving skills.
Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and handling large data in Excel.
University degree in relevant fields such as Economics, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, etc.
