Negotiate pricing and contract terms, close deals.
Understand client needs and provide consultation, demo software solutions.
Prepare periodic sales reports.
Maintain customer relationships, support after- sales and renewal.
Proactively search and approach potential clients via cold- call, email, LinkedIn, and events.
Update and manage customer data on CRM system.
Yêu cầu công việc
English or Japanese is a plus.
Experience in sales (B2B or IT is a plus).
Proactive, responsible, able to work under pressure.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of IT, SaaS or software solutions.
