Lady Kombucha is a natural beverage company established in 2017 by Nguyen, a Da Nang local, and Ben, an Australian. We produce the highest quality hand- crafted kombucha in Vietnam using locally sourced ingredients. Our mission is to promote health and wellness by helping customers improve their gut health. Over the last five years, we have expanded rapidly across major cities in Vietnam.
The Candidate:
We are looking for dynamic and results- driven sales professionals to drive our growth in the Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City markets. If you are goal- oriented, ambitious, and passionate about the healthy food and beverage industry, this role offers a great opportunity to advance your career with a fast- expanding local brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate sales records and reports using the SAPO system.
Prepare and present sales proposals, agreements, and contracts to potential clients.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals.
Identify and create new B2B and B2C sales opportunities through market research and cold outreach.
Visit client sites to monitor product displays and remind them of new purchasing orders.
Gather customer feedback to improve products, services, and processes.
Build and maintain strong, long- lasting relationships with regional partners and clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Highly motivated, responsible, and resilient in achieving sales targets.
Honest character with the ability to build trust with high- class customers.
Background in the beverage or FMCG industry is a strong advantage.
Strong networking and problem- solving abilities.
Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, and customer relationship management.
Effective communication and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English.

Attractive, unlimited total income of up to 30,000,000- 40,000,000 VND/month (or higher), including: Basic salary: 7,000,000- 9,000,000 VND (negotiable based on ability).
