Mercuria Vietnam is an investment advisory firm specializing in M&A, fundraising, and joint venture advisory, with a strong focus on the real estate sector. We provide investment consulting, fund management support, and proprietary investment services, primarily serving Japanese investors in Vietnam. Mercuria Vietnam is part of Mercuria Holdings, a Tokyo Stock Exchange–listed investment group headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
Position Purpose:
• Complete assigned market research deliverables as the primary person in charge by conducting analysis, coordinating required inputs, and preparing market reports, periodic reports, and related analytical outputs to support investment decisions and strategic planning.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Market Intelligence & Analysis
• Analyze supply- demand dynamics, pricing, absorption, yield, investment trends, and relevant regulatory changes.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, including interviews, surveys, and site visits when required.
• Collect, verify, maintain, and analyze market data across relevant business areas.
Deliverables & Reporting
• Prepare well- structured market analysis, data- driven insights, and presentation materials for internal and external use, including client- facing materials where required.
• Ensure all assigned deliverables are accurate, complete, and submitted on time in accordance with agreed scope and quality standards.
• Complete final market research reports, periodic reports, and other assigned analytical deliverables as the primary person in charge.
Project Execution & Coordination
• Support overall due diligence and project execution by providing research inputs and completing assigned analytical outputs.
• Report progress, issues, and risks to supervisors in a timely manner
• Lead assigned research workstreams by coordinating with internal teams and relevant external parties on scope, data requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Team Support
• Review junior staff outputs for accuracy, structure, and completeness within assigned workstreams.
• Provide work guidance to junior staff on research tasks at least once per month and follow up on progress where required.
Other Duties
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
