Key Responsibilities
Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Global professional to develop international markets for SAP services, including offshore technical resources (ABAP, BTP, Integration) and SAP consulting/AMS services.
This role focuses on working with MNCs, global IT teams, and SAP partners across SEA, Japan, Europe, and the US, as well as supporting FDI- driven SAP rollouts and implementations in Vietnam.
Sales Global – SAP Services (Offshore & International Market)
Sell SAP offshore/onshore services, including technical (ABAP, BTP, Integration, ..) and consulting resources for AMS and project delivery.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing.
Develop long- term partnerships to drive recurring revenue and business growth.
Work closely with consulting and technical teams to propose suitable delivery models (offshore, hybrid, onshore).
Identify SAP roll- out opportunities from global headquarters to Vietnam and SAP projects from FDI companies in Vietnam.
Build relationships with Global IT teams of multinational companies (MNCs) and SAP Partners worldwide to introduce SAP delivery capabilities.
What Makes You Successful
Understanding of SAP ecosystem, global delivery, or IT outsourcing models
Strong communication skills in English and ability to work across cultures
Proactive, goal- oriented, and comfortable working with international stakeholders
Experience in B2B sales for IT/SAP services or enterprise solutions

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SAP Service, software solutions or IT services
Proven track record of success in international markets.
Advanced English communication skills, enabling effective engagement with global customers and partners
Proven ability in lead generation and prospect hunting.
Networking ability through channels such as LinkedIn, events, etc.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Able to work under pressure, adaptable to the B2B sales industry, and flexible working hours.
Ability to analyze and evaluate deals, and assess competitors.
Strong experience selling to international markets, especially English- speaking regions (Singapore, EU, US).
Goal- oriented with a passion for pursuing a long- term career in technology sales.
