•Other tasks are required by the Line Manager
•Implementation period to deliver the best excellent service.
•Handling full- cycle of B2B Sales process from prospecting, pitching/presenting, and closing deals & get feedback from clients.
•Contact clients to ascertain the client’s satisfaction with the service.
•Keep close relationships for retention of clients.
•Respond to termination notices & follow up on the process of the contact’s liquidation.
•Acting as a contact point between the client and internal operating teams during the contract
•Building trust and providing excellent services to potential clients.
•Coordinate with Operations Department to complete the service and meet the customers’ requirements.
•Renegotiate service agreements by conducting fresh surveys/audits or educating users of the services, and introducing new services that be suitable to the client.
Yêu cầu công việc
•Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
•Sales- focus, results- oriented, and a good team player who can work in a fast- paced environment
•Can communicate in English
•Proactive, positive, and self- motivated with the ability to work without close supervision
•Experienced in healthcare business development is an advantage but it’s not a must requirement- we are willing to train you.
•Quick response to customers and a strong sense of customer orientation
•1 year of experience at least (as position: Sales/ Customer Service/Counselor...)
